Our figures are inclusive of the cost of land, professional design services and infrastructure — roads, pavements and drains. There is no second invoice.

All figures in US dollars. Cedi and sterling equivalents are quoted at the prevailing rate on the day of signing.

Prices are indicative, subject to availability and confirmed in writing at the point of sale. Optional facilities — outhouses, boys' quarters, storey buildings — are quoted on request.

02 Terms of payment

40 / 40 / 20.

And negotiable. We would rather agree a schedule you can keep than one that looks tidy on paper.

40% Deposit Payable on signing. Construction begins immediately.
40% At roof level Due once the structure reaches roof level.
20% On completion Settled at handover of keys.

Cash payments are made to Damax Estates Limited at our head office on Chartfield Avenue, Accra.

Expected period of completion

Six months after your first deposit.

Mandatory payments fall due after the housing purchase is agreed. Construction begins as soon as the deposit clears — we do not hold plots without one.

Every transaction settles through a bank.

Payment of all transactions is made through reputable banks. That protects you as much as it protects us.

Before you commit.

What are your terms of payment?

40% deposit, 40% at roof level and 20% on completion. Our payment plans are negotiable — talk to us about a schedule that works for you.

How long does construction take?

Six months from your first deposit. Mandatory payments fall due after the housing purchase is agreed.

How do I pay from outside Ghana?

Cash to Damax Estates Limited, bank transfer by wire or telephone, banker's draft, or international money order. All transactions are settled through reputable banks including Merchant Bank Ghana, Ghana International Bank (London), Standard Chartered, National Investment Bank, HFC Bank and Amalgamated Bank.

Is the price inclusive of land?

Yes. Our prices are inclusive of the cost of land, professional design services and infrastructure — roads, pavements and drains.

Can I change the design of my house?

Yes. Outhouses, storey buildings and other facilities are available on request and are designed to suit the client. Speak to us before construction begins.

Is there water and electricity on site?

Yes. We have put in place all the infrastructure — water, electricity and telephone lines — across our locations. Executive houses also include a borehole and pump.

Can I visit a site before buying?

Absolutely, and we encourage it. Contact any of our agents and we will arrange a visit to Kuntunse or the Satellite Earth Station site.
