The Mustique Company Situated on the private West Indies island of Mustique, Jagger's Japanese-inspired compound offers a breathtaking view of L'Ansecoy Bay and a total private paradise for anyone willing to pay up. Dubbed Stargroves, the six-bedroom, five-bathroom beachfront paradise can be leased by groups of up to 10 looking for a tranquil escape into a world of coconut palms, sandy shores, and beach adventures. While the mainstay of the property houses the guests and includes both living room and dining room pavilions, nearby structures include a fitness room, den bungalow, and a game room complete with a coral pink felt billiards table. The Mustique Company While Stargroves is able to hold up to 10 guests at any given time, the most entrancing of the compound's six bedrooms is the master suite. Tucked within its very own beachside villa, it not only boasts its own sitting room and en suite bathroom, but also includes private access to the beach by way of an attached patio. Additional lodging includes Stargroves' guest pod, a separate chamber with two more bedrooms and a shared bathroom, as well as the compound's children pavilion, an arrangement of two additional bedrooms and bathrooms flanked by a large sitting room. The main building also comes with a small kitchen and quaint oceanside veranda. The Mustique Company The private grounds are connected by way of pristinely designed pathways, bridges, and decks that intermingle amongst Stargroves' multiple accommodating structures. Back in 2013, things were going great for Auburn and their then-brand new head coach Gus Malzahn. The school won the SEC and reached the BCS National Championship, losing a 34-31 nailbiter to Florida State. It seemed like the Tigers were primed for a long run of success. Flash forward to 2020, and Auburn is suddenly rudderless. The Tigers have only won 10 games one other time in Malzahn's eight years, and have an abysmal 2-5 bowl record during his tenure. He's also only 3-5 in Iron Bowl games against Auburn's biggest rival, Alabama. This year, the Tigers are 6-4 and middle of the pack in the SEC West. That poor record was enough for Auburn to buy out the remainder of Malzahn's contract. But don't feel bad for Malzahn, though. He's going to earn $21.45 million. Kevin C. Cox/Getty Images Per Malzahn's contract, half of that money – $10.275 million – is due within 30 days of termination. The remainder will be paid out over the next four years in installments of about $2.68 million. Malzahn signed a seven-year, $49 million contract extension after the 2017 campaign. With 75% of that deal guaranteed, Auburn is in a financial bind. Even if Malzahn signs elsewhere, Auburn will be paying him every cent of his buyout. Twitter is understandably upset about this chain of events. The move comes at a time when millions of Americans are still struggling due to the coronavirus pandemic. Even many universities are feeling the impact, with layoffs, salary reductions, furloughs, and other negatives happening as a result of severe financial strain. Yet college football coaches seem to be immune. Florida State paid Willie Taggart $18 million to not coach for them. Now, Auburn is paying Malzahn even more. This won't be the last time a university pays a coach millions to leave the school. But maybe it'll at least lead to some smarter negotiating down the line....

Nicolas Cage, is a big time fan and collector of comic books. Born Nicolas Kim Coppola, Nicolas changed his last name to Cage, inspired by the classic Marvel Comics superhero Luke Cage. He's actually nephew to acclaimed director Francis Ford Coppola, but Nick took a stage name to not let his family's Hollywood history overshadow his acting career. This was the first appearance of Superman and is essentially when the concept of the modern superhero was born. There are about 100 copies in existence. The varying conditions of quality have a big impact on the value. Cage's is considered a grade 9, the highest officially rated.  Another famous owner of a copy of Action Comics #1 was Charlie Sheen, who bought his in the 1980s. Sheen auctioned his copy in June of 2004, along with a signature stating his ownership. Comic nerd Cage bought his copy of Action Comics #1 from Comic Connect in the late 90s, who bought it from Sotheby's auctions in 1992 for $82,500. Then in 2000 Cage was the victim of a burglary. The robbers took his copy of Action Comics #1, another rare collector's comic called Detective Comics #27 and another unnamed rare comic. Cage was apparently so devastated from losing the prized jewels of his comic books that he sold his whole remaining collection through Heritage Auctions soon after. He also ended up claiming insurance on the loss. In 2002, a tip led investigators to believe they had found his copy in a safe deposit box in Tennessee. When police searched the box, they only found a replica cover of the copy, with a lady's lingerie catalog inside. Then in April of 2011, after being missing for over 10 years, Cage's original copy was found during a auction of an abandoned storage locker in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley. Unfortunately no arrests were made with the find. Related Post: Nicolas Cage Net Worth Because Cage already claimed insurance, it is unclear who will benefit when the comic is sold again by Comic Connect. While this edition only cost 10 cents originally, a copy sold last year for $1.5 million. Nicolas Cage's high-grade copy is expected to fetch as high as $2 million if and when it goes up for auction. In light of Cage's last few years of financial and tax issues it's unlikely he'll be able to afford the price tag. After all he has been forced to sell several mansions, a castle and put his private island in the Bahamas. UPDATE: The comic has now been sold at auction for $2.16 million! Comic Connect isn't revealing the seller. We can only hope that Nicky Cage got paid his dues, after years of personal anguish. According to the data measuring "album-equivalent unit" (a measurement of album sales across all media as well as streams), the title of 2020's biggest selling rock band belongs to Paul, John, George, and Ringo. The Beatles have moved 1.094 million album-equivalent units in the US in the first half of 2020, far more than any other act in the rock genre, and the only such act to crack the million unit figure. And if you expand that to all genres, they're the only act of any kind to cross the million-album-unit threshold except one: Korean pop sensation BTS, which has shifted 1.417 million album-equivalent units in the US in the first half of 2020. But 50 years after the breakup of The Beatles, the only rock group without a robust decades-old back catalog to crack the top five is Imagine Dragons, which sold 593,000 album-equivalent units between January and June of this year. In May 2015, the price was reduced from $29 million to $14.8 million. Today the house can be yours for $14 million. The listing has changed agents several times in the last few years. And in an effort to tantalize potential buyers, the current agent, Kofi Nartey, just released a few incredible drone videos and a website to show off the property's impressive features. FYI, the estate covers 52,000 square feet. The house itself is 32,683 square feet and nine bedrooms, fifteen bathrooms. As you might expect, the house has an NBA-quality basketball court that was built to Michael's precise specs. Attached to the basketball court is a state-of-the-art fitness studio that once was the weekend practice retreat for the entire Bulls organization. The pool pavilion has a retractable canopy that can turn indoor swimming to outdoor swimming with a touch of a button. After the Celtics agreed to a deal with former Jazz forward Gordon Hayward, there's a little summer cleaning to be done with the team roster. One of the players Boston let go was Kelly Olynyk, who just agreed to a four-year, $50+ million deal with the Miami Heat. Compared to other NBA contracts these days, it's a fairly modest deal. For Olynyk, though, it's a massive pay raise. He made a little more than $9.3 million in his first four seasons. Though terms of this deal haven't been disclosed, he'll likely make close to $11.2 million next season alone. He played an integral part in the Eastern Conference semis against the Washington Wizards, scoring 26 points off the bench in the decisive Game 7. The former first-round draft pick joins a team led by guard Goran Dragic and center Hassan Whiteside. The Heat also just re-signed guard Dion Waiters. They will likely ask Olynyk to step up to a bigger role in Miami. Hopefully, he can fill those bigger shoes. If nothing else, he'll at least be able to buy a lot more of them....
